We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to oversee staffing and operations for major international events such as opening ceremonies and large-scale sports tournaments. The selected candidate should be able to start within 2–3 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and manage event workforce plans (staff and volunteers).
2- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, and accreditation.
3- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet staffing needs.
4- Ensure smooth on-site workforce operations during events.
Requirements:
1- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
2- Experience in large-scale events (sports, entertainment) preferred.
3- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and long shifts during events
